“Nous sommes Barbara et Peter, et nous sommes un des rares couples d’éleveurs de brebis laitières en Belgique. Nous avons un troupeau de brebis laitières belges qui nous donne chaque jour du lait frais. Tout ce lait est transformé à la ferme en yaourt, fromage, glace etc. Tout ce que nous produisons est vendu par nous-mêmes à la ferme et au marché. Notre troupeau est constitué uniquement de brebis laitières belges, une race locale en voie de disparition. Il ne reste que plus au moins un millier de ces brebis en Belgique.”
